Enio Iommi (Argentina, 1926-2013)
Born into a family of sculptors, he got acquainted with bohemian artists, created his first concrete works in 1945 and co-founded Asociación Arte Concreto-Invención. Between 1945 and 1946 he developed a series of wire structures, and between 1950 and 1976 his work focused on concentric forms and steel sculptures. He was featured in major international exhibitions, such as the Venice Biennale in 1964.
