Sebastián Gordín (Argentina, 1969)
He studied at Escuela de Bellas Artes Manuel Belgrano, where he graduated as a drawing teacher in 1989. His work, through painting, models, boxes or sculptures, combines influences from late Gothic, graphic novels, and retro science fiction movies. He had shows at spaces such as Ruth Benzacar and Museo de Arte Moderno de Buenos Aires; he was awarded the Premio Braque in 1994 and the Premio Klemm in 2018. He attended art residencies in France.
