Jaime Davidovich (Argentina, 1936-United States, 2016 )

A pioneer of video art, he used diverse methods to question media discourses in an analytical way. His first videos are parodic and critical, exposing the ideological mechanisms of television discourse. His intimate production functioned as a space of resistance to the homogeneity of globalization in the nineties. He had shows at the Museum of Modern Art in New York in 1976, and at the Bronx Museum of Art in 2015.
