Sergio Avello (Argentina,1964-2010)
He studied Visual Arts at Escuela de Artes Visuales Martín A. Malharro. He settled in Buenos Aires in 1983, where he explored abstraction, color and light, and incorporated music into his production. He had his first solo show in 1989 and organized the Década Oferta party. He joined the Beca Kuitca in 1998 and made patriotic symbols in unconventional materials in the 2000s. He presented the light work Bandera [Flag] at Bienal del Mercosur in 2003.
